Agreement
For Payment for Custom Chinese Calligraphy
All
sales of "Customized Chinese Calligraphy Work" and/or related services
are non-refundable. Full payment must be received
before a custom Chinese calligraphy work is started.
To
guarantee a higher artistic quality, a custom
Chinese calligraphy work
will take 3 to 10 business days to complete.
Normally
the calligrapher, Joshua Hough, does not provide rush services due to the
technical requirements related to the artistic quality. If you need rush services (for
example, 1 to 2 days for completed calligraphy work and (or) Next Day Air by UPS), please
email.
The price of the custom calligraphy work will be 50% to 70% more of the original quote
(depending on the hours to meet your due time) with additional
shipping charges.
In
case there is a defect or damage during shipping, Joshua Hough will be happy to provide you
a new version of work on the condition that you return the item within 7
business days after you have received your order.
No
P.O. Box will be accepted.
All orders are shipped with UPS with Delivery Confirmation or mostly U.S. Postal
Service with
Signature Confirmation
per your option. (For details of shipping

The confirmation will show
exactly the time the item is delivered to you and your signature is required
upon delivery. In case there is a delay for shipping, please file a complaint to
the postal offices. You may request faster delivery by paying additional
shipping fees.
