For Payment of Mounting Services
All
sales of "Customized Chinese Calligraphy Work" and related mounting
services (Dry Mounting, Silk Mounting, and Customized Scrolls) are non-refundable. Full payment must be received
before the mounting task for a custom Chinese calligraphy work is started.
Silk
Mounting and Customized Scrolls cannot be rushed due to technical reasons such as the drying
processes.
In
case there is a defect or damage during shipping, Joshua Hough will be happy to provide you
a new version of work on the condition that you return the item or items within 7
business days after you have received your order.
No
P.O. Box will be accepted.
All orders are shipped with UPS with Delivery Confirmation or U.S. Postal
Service with Signature Confirmation per your option. (For details of shipping
charges and the estimated number of days to receive your order, please refer to www.art-virtue.com/FAQ/FAQ.htm#8.)
In case there is a delay for shipping, please file a complaint to
the postal offices. You may request faster delivery by paying additional
shipping fees.
