Payment for Designing A Chinese Calligraphy / Painting Scroll

A non-refundable consulting fee of $15 is required before the Chinese 
mounting specialist responds to your request of a specific design of a scroll.
The fee will be credited to your purchase of a scroll.

It is NOT required to set up a PayPal account to make a payment.
